No. 1 priority in root canal treatment: tooth preservation
At Dr. Siedler and Partners, endodontics go hand-in-hand primarily with the concept of tooth preservation. Your mouth’s best assets are your own teeth! So preserving them should be the obvious objective. We take special care of loose teeth.
Trust our experience in endodontics
We have several certifications in the field of endodontics and particular experience in microscope-assisted root canal treatment. If the appropriate procedures are followed, the prognosis of root canal treatments today indicates a success rate of up to 97%.
Re-treatment of root canal procedures is rare
Modern root canal treatment methods restore teeth and avoid pain and unpleasant re-treatments. You can rest assured with us and relax during treatment; perhaps even watch a movie of your choice.
Root canal treatment vs. root end resection
A root end resection is required, for instance, when the root ends can no longer be conservatively treated due to infection caused by bacteria. Treatment involves a minor operation whereby a small opening is made through the jawbone leading to the root end. About 3mm of root end is extracted, infected tissue removed and the opening closed. Root end re-section is normally considered after ordinary root canal treatment. Gen-eral anaesthesia is not required.
